  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs delays, courier issues, or high demand periods.

 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship internationally to selected countries. If we cannot ship to your area, we will notify you.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION 

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking may take 3-7 days to update after shipment.

 

DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance 
  • Courier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customers.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.
