RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused and in it's original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
REFUNDS
Once your return request is approved:
- We will inspect the item (if enquired).
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 15-30 days to reflect in your account.
ORDER ISSUE
If your order is:
- Lost in transit
- Arriving damaged
- Incorrect item recieved
Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
- Refunds or replacements are only processed after review and approval.
