RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused and in it's original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will inspect the item (if enquired).
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 15-30 days to reflect in your account.


ORDER ISSUE

If your order is: 

  • Lost in transit
  • Arriving damaged
  • Incorrect item recieved

Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
  • Refunds or replacements are only processed after review and approval.
